This is a 2 night weekend retreat which consists of a mix of classes, delicious home cooked food, country walks with enough free time to relax and to take time for yourself.

We have a variety of options for accommodation, so whether you like to be on your own or whether you like to share a cottage with others.

Friday
Arrive anytime from 4pm there will be welcome cake and tea/coffee
6:15pm Pilates and Somatic Movement Class
7.45pm Dinner
Saturday
8am Pilates Class 1 hour
9.00 am Breakfast
10.30 am Workshop “Ribs down, chest opening” 1 hour
11:45am-5:45pm (Massage time for those of you who have booked massages, Otherwise you have free time to read, play games, take a walk, sleep! Relax in the hot tub! Whatever you want.)
1pm Lunch
2:15pm ish I will be leading a walk around country ways through the forest
6:15pm Classical Pilates Flow class focusing on original rep 1 hour
7.45pm Dinner
Sunday
8am Pilates Stretch and Release class focusing on mobility
9.00am Breakfast
10.00am Nutrition Talk by Hazel Radford from Love Your Guts
11:30am Brisk Walk around the venue and maybe along the road. To get some movement before we leave.
1:30pm Lunch
After lunch free time to walk, read, have a soak in the hot tub, head out for a run! Departures from 4pm
